Welcome Summer Intern, Nick Moseley!

We are excited to welcome Nick Moseley who will spend the summer as our church intern. Nick is from San Antonio, Texas and is a student at Asbury Theological Seminary. This Sunday will be his first Sunday, and he will be with us into August. Nick will help in all aspects of our church’s ministry – children, youth, adults, missions, worship, and more!

Casual Summer Sundays!
We encourage you to dress casually this summer for worship starting this Sunday. Even our pastors will hang up the robes for the summer! This is a good opportunity to invite someone to worship with you.

Taste of Beaumont
At Trinity UMC our vision is that no one walks alone. One way we can live out this vision is by walking with some of our local restaurants through "The Taste of Beaumont" card. This is an easy and fun way to help out while also partnering with First UMC. If you are interested or want to find out more, stop by the table to pick up a Taste of Beaumont stamp card and talk with Pastor David.

Faith at Home
Our summer preaching series explores the role of home in shaping our faith. To help you dive deeper, we will be selling a book, The Spiritually Vibrant Home, beginning next week. Let’s grow together in faith with this summer read.

New Outdoor Basketball Court!
We are excited to announce this new addition to our church campus and our ministry. Through the generous gift of a faithful church family, we are able to place a brand new surface on top of the former court in the north field and add two new basketball goals. A dedication will be held in the future, but for now, watch the progress on the court and stay tuned for new sports ministries outside!

Let us pray

  • For the family of Rick and Nancy Ridley following the death of Rick’s mother, Betty Ridley.
  • For the family of Cathy and Gary Parks following the death of Cathy’s father, Howard Grantham.
  • Healthcare workers, educators, and civic leaders.
  • First Korean UMC Beaumont worshiping on our campus.

Altar Flowers
The altar flowers for Sunday are graciously given by Eleanor Shuffield, in honor of the Altar Guild.

Give - by mail, bank, or online. Please call Tanya in the church office during business hours to keep up with your giving. We rely on your giving to be able to continue to fund the church ministry. Click HERE to give online.

Gifting appreciated stock - One way to give to the church (or any qualified charitable organization) is to gift appreciated stock, rather than cash. The church can sell the stock without having to pay any capital gains taxes. Further, if you have held the stock at least one year, you get to write off the full value of the stock on the date of the gift if you itemize on your taxes. Even if you don’t itemize, you still avoid the capital gains tax. For more information on how to gift stock to Trinity, contact Tanya Oliver in the church office.
