This Sunday at Trinity, we will celebrate Mother’s Day and Senior Sunday as we continue our Easter sermon series, Can These Bones Live? This week’s message, “Can These Bones Live? Sacrificial Kinship,” will reflect on 1 Corinthians 12:1–17 and John 15:9–17, inviting us to consider what it means to live as the body of Christ, joined together in love, service, and belonging. As we honor the mothers and mother figures who have shaped our lives, and recognize our graduating seniors as they mark an important milestone, we will also give thanks for the gift of Christian community and the ways Christ binds us together.
